A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with professional practice and contracting experience in the UK and overseas. Joined the business in 1996 as Chief Quantity Surveyor, progressing to position of Managing Director of Formation Design & Build Limited in 1999 and Formation Architectural Design Limited in 2007, responsible for the overall performance of both companies in their different specialist fields of expertise. In 2007 was appointed Property Director of Formation Group Plc.

Robert Johnson - Practice Manager, Architecture
Robert has vast experience in the residential and commercial fields of construction having been involved at senior level in the design of many prestigious developments in the UK and overseas. He is experienced in the utilisation of modern construction techniques and fast track processes in the delivery of schemes to meet programme budget and the satisfaction of planning authorities and discerning clients. A senior member within the organisation since 2002, he has been practice manager of Formation Design & Build Limited from its inception in 2007. He leads the practice Architects and Draughtsmen and is instrumental in obtaining of planning and designing for its various sites.
