Following identification of a potential site, Formation Design & Build undertakes an initial evaluation of the development. If, in Formation Design & Build’s view, this initial evaluation has potential, and a client communicates interest, Formation Design & Build will prepare a full evaluation report.
This full report will typically involve site visits and seek to establish the likelihood of obtaining planning permission, indications of likely development costs, review of site conditions such as flood or contamination risks and an assessment of the condition of any retained structures on the site.
If a client wishes to proceed with the proposed development, Formation Design & Build will enter into a contract with that client to manage the construction process, ultimately providing a ready to occupy building, with all the required warranties, permissions and regulatory approvals in place.
