In any one year Formation Design & Build will typically be working on
up to three large projects (each with a minimum construction value of £20
million) and typically three further projects ranging in construction value from
£3 million to £70 million. Projects generally take one to four years
to complete with larger (£30 million plus) projects possibly taking up to
six years to deliver depending on phasing, sales and the clients funding
arrangements.
