A member of the Chartered Institute of Building with previous quantity surveying and commercial management experience with some of the industries larger contractors and construction management organisations. Particular field of expertise being in the delivery of quality office developments from inception to occupation. Mark's role involves the appointment of site staff, design consultants, contractor procurement, cost reporting, liaising with clients, and reporting to senior management. Previous employers include some of the industries leading names, with experience on projects ranging from schools, renowned public galleries, and industrial projects throughout the various stages of evolution in the construction process. Commenced employment as Planning/Design Manager with Formation Design & Build Limited in 2006.

He is responsible for its quantity surveying and commercial management department and the delivery of projects to budget and quality with associated guarantees and warranties suitably organised within the procurement process.
