Formation Design & Build may design the property development through Formation Architectural Design Ltd. If it does not appoint this sister company, Formation Design & Build will oversee the appointment of a firm of architects to prepare the design brief and implement the design programme for the development.
Formation Design & Build also oversees the appointment of consultants to carry out any initial viability studies and implement quality assurance schemes. It also puts in place defects insurance and product guarantees.
